● Coach mentality; your success is the sum of your team’s successes

● Develop your team to maximize every sale

● Inventory management

● Cash management

● Being involved in every interaction

● Creating events in or out of store

● Innovating sales processes

● Insure stores cleanliness

● Build relationships with customers and the community

● Sense of ownership and pride

(Total pay includes salary and commission)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
